Things you do NOT need to buy in your stationery journey

In the planner/stationery community, it’s easy to see the new & shiny things & want to buy all the things. It’s rare (perhaps impossible) for a sales ambassador to tell you to NOT buy something, but that’s exactly what this article is going to do.

I love Tula XII so much, but your main need there is a cover & maintaining your stockpile of preferred inserts. Everything else is an extra expense on your wallet. & some are more practical than others. Below here I will tell you how to SAVE the most on your Tula XII planner system by avoiding these extra purchase add-ons.

Planner Totes: Beautiful bags, but at nearly $70 a pop, I just use a purse I already own. It works great!

Pen Gems: Beautiful pens! If you love all the sparkles (as I do), go for it. But usually, we stationery fans already own a hoard of our tried & true favorite pens.

Magnetic Pen Loop: Our covers already have a pen loop inside. Also I do own 1 of these & I don’t think the magnet is as strong as it could be.

Wristlets/Key Fobs: Kinda pricey. Snag some like these from Amazon.
